It is with great honor to announce that I have recently been awarded the National Association of REALTORS ®’ [NAR’s] Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. I have been working diligently to increase my knowledge of high-performance properties and issues of resource-efficiency in relation to real estate and homeowners. As a NAR Green Designee, I now have the knowledge and tools necessary to be a trusted green resource for Northeast PA.

NAR’s Green Designation was developed in response to growing consumer awareness of the benefits of resource-efficient homes and buildings. The designation helps consumers understand the positive impacts of home performance and identify REALTORS® who can help them realize their green real estate and lifestyle goals. 

I am constantly looking for ways to increase my knowledge in order to better satisfy my clients and their needs. I now have the necessary training to understand what makes a property green, help clients elevate the cost/benefits of resource-efficient features and practices, distinguish between industry rating and classification systems, list and market green homes and buildings, discuss the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and understand how buyer and seller preferences may be inspired by resource-efficiency.

I now proudly hold certifications in the following areas: SRS, E-PRO, RSPS, and GREEN. I will continue to always go the extra mile for all my clients.
