I am proud to announce that the National Associations of Realtors has approved my certification as an RSPS Realtor. The RSPS Certification is especially exciting for the Lake Wallenpaupack and Lake Ariel community. RSPS stands for Resort & Second Home Specialist certification. Because such a large majority of properties in the Poconos are second homes this certification is essential when representing both buyers and sellers.

This certification means I have access to unique benefits including trainings from the National Association of Realtors, data and trends on second home buyers and sellers and maybe most exciting it allows me access to private networking groups that have the same certification.

I understand the value of a second property for families and the resort living that the Poconos has to offer is something I am especially passionate about. I live in a resort community in the Lake Region.  One of my favorite parts of my career is finding a family the perfect resort of second home, this certification is an honor and I look forward to serving the Lake Region with my unique skillset.
